Question is quite simple actually: which song serves as the best album intro?
I haven't included singles and I decided not to include OSI so basically these are all "songs" that Kevin wrote himself (except for "Song for Eric").
Now, before you cast your vote remember what the essence of the question is - the best opener - not the best song, or album for that matter.
Personally, and this is the context of me posting the poll, I made some coffee this morning and threw on Graveyard Mountain Home with the kids crawling/fighting/playing around the floor and I though: "Man, this is not my favorite album at all but "YYY" really is the best opener!".
And you say?

YYY is profoundly powerful. Kevin may have another good opener from the O.S.I. area.

Nice poll! My first thought was to choose "YYY," but then I ended up choosing "Colorblind." When that song kicks off, I just immediately feel that brooding mood that continues through the whole album. It totally grabs me from the start and hooks me, which is what a good opening song should do.

Indeed, the three opening songs for Chroma Key albums are great. YYY actually has been composed as an intro; t is more intro-like.
I choose "Get Back In The Car" since i believe the first song of the album should immediately grab the attention and incite the listener to go on with the album. Get Back In The Car is gloomy and dark and for me it is better than Colorblind and YYY!

Nice motivations, I buy them all. I figured it would be a race between the three CK openers. On the other hand, both "Squelch" and the intro from "Memory Hole" are pure magic for me. TIAR is probably my favorite KM-related album and MH is the soundtrack to my hobo years in the mid 2000:'s

Great poll, dude! I'd have to say, "Get back in the car" since it totally brings you to attention with a unique vibe yet I suppose "Colorblind" does too. In fact, ALL of the CD openers listed above pull you in somehow! Mooregasm out..

You can't be seriously comparing this... You can't really put MH1 intro there, it's just eight seconds long! Rhodes song is on other league too, one of the most emotional songs Kevin has ever composed... This is just wrong.
