yea i guess maybe they are saying they have been presumed guilty of making a great album.
I guess it is really kind of funny once you realize it cant be serious.

It's a joke  When the website had the Free theme there were somthing like "Neighbour say OSI is polite and friendly"  I love that They always say in interview thay don't want to talk too much about OSI, they prefer let the music talk. And this sentence in the info section is a funny way to say "there is nothing to say, just listen to us and enjoy" |

When the website had the Free theme there were somthing like "Neighbour say OSI is polite and friendly" This it what it said after Free was released: Neighbors describe OSI as weird but polite, mostly keeps to itself. |
