yea their drummer is actually pretty good! i saw them with primus back in like 93 -- they put on a great show. I think this new album could be pretty good, they sound back to their RUSH selfs.

I love Rush. They're all such brilliant musicians, but I think it's Alex Lifeson's brilliant guitar riffs that really make the band. Moving Pictures, Power Windows, Counterparts and Snakes & Arrows are three great albums.
Caravan is a great song, but I didn't think much of BU2B. I've always found Neal Peart's lyrics to be hit and miss, especially when he's trying to be philosophical. Free Will was always spoiled for me by his lyrics.

yea i know what you mean unalaguna. Actually i kind of like some of the lyrics of BU2B and cringe at others--but how can you not love that sinister guitar work and that bass!!

Peart is such a breath-taking lyricist. I had tickets to see the Tiem Machien show in NY on July 24, but I had to sell them because I ended up going to as Vegas. I doubled my money though on eBay selling the tickets though, which shocked me. I can't wait to hear their new album. Rush never puts out a clunker.
